"Mother And Daughter"---1947 Vintage Sex Ed. Book: This unique 1947 (96 pages) paperback book was designed for mothers and daughters to use while discussing the facts of life. The sexual information to be shared by mothers and daughters in 1947 is definitely eye opening and almost archaic. I did some research on the book. It was printed as a companion piece to a movie called "Mom and Dad" which was released in the 1940's and again in the 1950's. The book was sold at drive-in movies when the movie was stopped and hawkers went from car to car. (I do not know if it was sold at indoor theaters.) There was also a "Father Son" booklet.
